(“Durfee Buffinton”) of Fall River, MA on December 31, 2022. Phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Durfee Buffinton has roots that date again nearly 100 years. Immediately, the enterprise is run by third technology Brown members of the family—Walter A. Brown III took over as president of the company in 1986. Durfee Buffinton gives private and enterprise insurance coverage protection to clients within the New England area.
